Rails are perfect, just enough flex to give you control while installing. Screws will screw through to the top of flight deck and poke through, so I had to under tighten them. Screw heads didn't fit at first into predrilled holes, wish they had other installation options, maybe a mix of rat nuts and mounting screws.
Also I recommend measuring 10 times drill once, and predrill tiny pilot holes, just to minimize deck splitting.
