Got to have the Street Issue and CAB unreleased models!!!! When will they be available. I've already got my original CAB reissue awaiting placement into the shadow box for my hall museum. Thanks Gentlemen for waking up the kid again.

— Danny Pena

I just want to thank the Powell team for a job well done! I got the opportunity to purchase the McGill re-issue with the spoon nose. I also purchased two Cab spoon decks (original and Ban This) However, I missed the Mountain, I hope you will re-issue some more, perhaps, in different colors. I'm still waiting for the TG flaming dagger deck in hot pink, Hawk iron cross with hammer-head shape, as well as the Cab bats deck. It would be so awesome if you would also get the fellas together for a one more Bones Brigade video. Yes, I know some of the guys are in wheel chairs, but I'm sure they have a little something left. Old school dudes like myself would be inspired to go out and skate again!!!

— K

Oh, God. I'm from Argentina. I love Powell Peralta. I have a McGill Snake. Every night I go surf the concrete. That's incredible. I love that skateboard. It's like traveling in a cloud. Thanks!

— Nicolas “nicolasolivieri” Olivieri , EckoStudios

I remember seeing Vallely in Public Domain for the first time. He was lanky and thin as a rail. I also remember having to have that deck. Living in Japan, I couldn't just go to my local shop and pick one up. After weeks of waiting, it finally arrived. Anyway, thanks Powell Peralta for re-issuing these classics now that I can afford them.

— J. Lozano

No Wheel Wells on the Bones Re-issue?!?! For Shame!!

— Joe Popp

The ollie board ROCKS. Can't wait till they sell out so I can put them up on ebay and sell them for $299.

— Old school Guy

You guys are really doing a good job with all those re-issues but you should come out with more rail colors instead of orange if you could that would be really cool.

— Dan

Oh my God, I'm so psyched you're finally making these decks again. I got my pink/blue Steadham that I've been kicking myself for twenty years for not buying back then. I still have my original Rat Bones deck hanging on my wall. I got it when I was 11 for Christmas... in 1983!!! Been skating since then!!! Please make that deck again too. Either way, thanks!!

— david haley

Please reissue the Rodney Mullen freestyle deck. There are still many freestylers out there. Please re issue it! thanks.

— Chris Pak

I am glad to see that you are reissuing the Barbee and Vallely decks. I do have one request...please re-release the Guerrero Flaming Dagger model. The one that I skated back in the 80's is so shredded it is practically a freestyle board!

— Cousin Mike

I'm glad to see some old school skateboarding, I brought back my memories of growing up in San Diego. Keep it up and please reissue more boards.

— Marc Myers

Thanks so much for re-issuing these classic decks. I refuse to skate anything new school! Keep on bringing them out. VCJ's classic graphics are just as fresh today as they were in the 1980s, and you can't beat these classic shapes for looks and functionality. This is how skateboards should be!

— Dane Robertson

There is no way of saying how thankful I am for this CD. I have been searching for something like this for years and I can't believe it finally got released. It feels so good to listen to this CD and reminisce about my skateboard wonder years. I highly recommend all skaters (old and new school) to grab this CD before it's gone and shred a pool the day you receive it.

— DJ Tony

Hey! I wrote you guys about re-issuing the Vallely and you did!!! Praise the lord of skating.....but alas, you are SOLD OUT!!!!!! Please Help.... thanks in advance.

— richard freedman

Thanks for re-issuing all these great boards again. If only they were a bit easier to get here in The Netherlands. Since vintage re-issues are kind of a niche market, most skateboard shops don't seem to be able to order or sell them. Anyway, despite that, I still have a little wish list - hopefully these could be re-issued as well: Mullen Chessboard, Tony Hawk Claw, Lance Mountain 1989 board (with kids drawing by Lance jr.), Caballero 1989 (the Ban This one)Thanks again!

— Marco Jeurissen

I know I am not alone when I say that seeing, and holding in my hand these icons of skateboarding's greatest dynasty, has in some profound way, transported me back in time. The era of the Bones Brigade, the first skate parks, hand plants, launch ramps, and wall rides. The era of VCJ's visionary artistry, the search for Animal Chin, legions of bleached bangs shouting SK8 or die! The era of Powell Peralta's undisputed supremacy, Thrasher magazine, Rat bones, and the Mctwist. For myself, it was the era of purity in my life. I found self expression, meditation in the art and artistry of skateboarding. These boards were the catalyst of our generation's SK8 movement, and through us, the evolution and progression of the art. To the new school, we pass our torch, but we will still carve, wall ride, hand plant, smith, rock n' roll, back side, christ, and rocket air. Man, we may be old, but we will always be old school! Thank you George, Stacy, and the Brigade. We will always have a place in our hearts for you! SK8 or die!!

— The Outlaw

The Mini-Cubics are awesome wheels. Perfect hardness for bowl riding and they pop out of the coping so easily and well. Fun wheels to bert with too.

— Phillipe

Man, you have to re-issue the Tony Hawk Iron Cross pig. You won't be able to keep up with the demand of that board! At any rate, thanks for the re-issues and the reminisence of the good times. Later,

— juan Fayetteville

Please re-issue the Vallely Elephant, and the Guerrero Dagger. I'm actually surprised you haven't done the Vallely with it's history. Look at what Vallely's go for on E-Bay. You would make a killin'. Still happy about the Harris re-issue. (The oldest skater in Gold Canyon)

— Scott Frost

Please get the winged ripper sticker. I want one so bad.

— Chris Miles

I'd like to see some of the old pro mod decks like Tony Hawk or Lance Mountain

— travis

I rode your boards for almost a decade. Nothing but good times! You should re-release the Tony Hawk Iron Cross board (Red). That board was awesome. I like your Caballero board, but you would probably re-release the Dragon board (reg size), that board was awesome as well.

— juan sanford

Hey Guys! I was in Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago - I am a Canadian skater. I picked up a Steve Steadham re-issue and set it up with Indy Trucks and Bones Red Bearings. I've been skating the board for the past 3 weeks and it just kicks! Nothing rides better in a bowl or tranny like a Powell classic shaped board. In the pools, the Steadham is so responsive for carves and lip tricks. On Vert, well there's nothing that competes with the Powell classics. Thank you George and Company for doing such an incredible job! Thank you for not forgetting members of my skate generation - a generation raised on Bones Brigade videos, P&P decks, wheels, bearings and don't forget the Rib Bones. Keep up the good work, I can't wait for the future re-issues to come out!

— Bones Brigade Forever

Freestyle Decks, yeah! I'm a 16-year-old advanced freestyle skater and I'm more than excited to see these boards. Now how about making some Rodney Mullen classic decks?

— Michael Haynes

I need a white full dragon Cab re-issue. Where can I get one? I have looked everywhere I know. It was my first board and I would really like to ride one again. At age 33, I guess I just don't relate to the new boards. It just seems like they have no style anymore. Anyway thanks. Hope you can help. Old school and still going!!!!

— B. Hall

I just wanted to say thanx's tons George the GREAT!I love all the re-issues.Thanx for all the hard work you put in them. I can have all the boards I wanted in the 80's.I look forward to every catalog. Getting some of those decks signed is kool! I'm still ticked about Lance & Ray! You win some you loose some. Thanks for keeping this 29 year old a 13 year old! So here's my list Welinder, Mullen freestyle, Guerrero, VALLELY, Cab with bats, Ollie, Hawk, Mountain different color ways. T-shirts & stickers to go along. Maybe even popsicle decks. To finish it all the 88 team coat.

— Jeramy Mora

Please re-issue the Tony Hawk skull and Maltise cross. That was my very first skateboard I bought from Rad Sports in Milwaukee, WI in 1987. It was the best board ever!!

— Ryan

Just wanted to say that there is definitely an interest among the younger skaters on the east coast for "old guy" stuff and they love my blue Alan Gelfand deck with the trackers and orange bones. If I could only get 'em to stop asking how high I can ollie I'll stop telling 'em "as high as I wanna". I certainly hope the demand (again) for pink stuff goes away soon. Will I need to pull out my disco sux shirts again??

— Mike

I have been looking for a Skull and Sword for a long time. It was my first skateboard. Can you get a hold of one? It can be a re- issue. I just want wood grain with logo... no paint! if you can track one down, send payment instructions with reply please. Thank you.

— kirt mckenny

I don't personally know anyone either involved in this site, any of P+P's riders over the decades, or those who've made P&P a skateboard company. But if it was possible, I'd like to thank ever single one. No lie- I saw again a T.Hawk ad on this site from years ago and this might sound crazy but after so much time, so much change... it's easy to forget how a hill, an ollie, a curb or a handrail, were once all I wished to conquer in the world. I hate to glamorize youth or perpetuate "innocence" as an end-all, but I had great times growing up with P&P. My skateboarding foundation was built on this company's extraordinary talents. Thanks George, Stacy, Craig, Bones Brigade, and of course Animal Chin. A skater,

— DanMo Mocarski

Best wheels ever... awesome hold for riding but can power slide for days.

— Brad

I can't believe it took you guys this long to put out the songs from the videos on a cd ! I would have given ANYTHING to get this 20 some-odd years ago when I was skating. I'm 35 and listening to the music that was in the videos brings back so many memories of good times. You should re-issue everything from that era! You guys rock!

— Jason X

Back in 89 or 90 I walked my 15 year old butt into the local skate shop. I Had some where around 30 bucks in my sweaty little grip destined for the Tommy Guerrero deck I had my eye on. It was a small shop in Arkansas and I remember it was a rainy day. All the guys were hanging out in the shop, part mourning the summer's day session lost, part enjoying ourselves. Anytime someone in that small skate community got a new deck or set-up it was a big deal for all of us. I walked into that shop that day and all the guys already knew what I was there for. I went right up to the counter and asked for the Guerrero. the guy behind the counter, Ziggy (didn't every skate scene have a "Ziggy"?) said "We got a new deck from P/P that you're gonna want. A then her showed me a beautiful white Ray Barbee. It took a while a thinking it over. A 15 year old at those days didn't get $30 very often. It was like half the guys at the shop said "Guerrero" and half said "Barbee". Finally I when with the Guerrero, but I kinda always thought I miss out. They are both my favorites. Well, thanks to the reissues I now have the one that got away. For my 31st birthday this summer my wife got me the Ray Barbee complete with Indys and Green G-bones and Rib-Bones! How rad! Thanks.

— Levi Erickson

Thanks Powell. Good job with the reissues series. I have a cab (I bought it in New York, because here in Chile there is not old school decks available) and is a pleasure to ride it. I'm 31 years old, I started to ride in the mids 80s and I still love it. Now I'm a lawyer who works every day in a office, but when I can, I go to ride just for fun and I remember these days when I skated all day at the street and in an old ramp... Thanks for doing all these old school decks again, and for remembering me all these happy days.

— Galo Miranda

I am super stoked to have a Vato Rat and huge Bowl Bomber wheels to go with it! ...it will also be nice to finally replace all the old Powell videos with dvds that have all kinds of extra features. Keep up the great work!

— Stacy T

I have been collecting old school Powell decks for two years now and all through this time I have been looking for Powell freestyle decks (old or new) to complete my collection. Logged onto the computer the other day and I had to call off work I was so happy! I had to buy two! When are you going to be releasing any other freestyle decks so that ALL OF US can complete our collections?! Please reply by re-releasing more!

— Buddy Russo

Man, just wanted to say this site brings back some of my greatest memories. I'm still a Bones Brigade member after all these years. Powell & Peralta rocked the 80's and gave me a new vision for the years to come. I'm still a big Mullen fan, but those tiny freestyle boards are for baby feet! Well, just wanted to let someone out there know that someone in the south is still... Looking for that Chin feller.

— Matt

Some of us old school guys are bigger now. How about printing some T-shirts in XXL?

— Matt “Splat” Ennis

I'm loving all the re-issues!!!! I'd like to see more early 90s re-issues, especially the CAB "harley the dog" deck. Keep it up!! Thanks bros!

— Donald

I'm 31 and just got myself back into sk8 life which I have started in 1985 - being a Powell-Peralta fan since then - and left in 1995. Thanks for re-issuing classic stuff, I couldn't think of riding anything else!

— Bruno

I grew up in the 'Promised Land' of concrete, Orange County California. In the summer of '81 I spent most of my time either at Huntington or Newport Beach, or on a skateboard at Sadlands, Euclid V, Flower Street, Upland, Skatopia and Whittier's Skate City, watching Blender, Cab, Lance, Lester, and so many others rip it up in the key hole or clover. When any of those guys showed up, we all just sat down on our boards and watched. Then came the crash, the parks closed and we couldn't even buy a skateboard in a store. We would glue our decks back together when they splintered, afraid we'd never get to buy a decent board again. Decks then had style, and shape meant more than a graphic. Powell decks and wheels were so dialed into what skaters really wanted and needed. I could rarely afford a new deck back then. Now I'm 40. I can afford lots of decks. Skating in all these new parks I'm feeling spoiled and it's really keeping me young. 40!!! My dad used to ask me when I was going to grow up and stop skating when I was 16. Sorry Dad, I guess I'll never grow up. I'm stocking up on decks. Please keep producing ALL these CLASSICS, I can't skate the popsicle shapes. I'm currently skating the McGill reissue with Tracker SixTracks and Rat Bones 90's or 97's depending on terrain. I love the 16.5" wheel base. Thank You Mr. Powell and Mr. Peralta.

— B. Phelps

As said before, good to hear the Kevin Harris re-issue has been made. Make the Mullen and Per boards if you can. Even if you have to beg them. I heard the Per Welinder board is the best shape for freestyle. Freestyle is not dead and steadily growing and you can't deny it! The revolution will come!

— Tony Wisneske

Hi there, Thanks for re-issuing the Harris and Ray Barbee boards. For the next round, how about: Caballero 1989 Dragon (Sean Cliver did the artwork), Mountain family (the first one with Lance Jr.'s drawing), Hawk Claw, Nicky Guerrero Mask. Having one (or all) of these on my wall would be great since the late eighties/early nineties really got me into making my own art, resulting in my job as an illustrator/designer today. Thanks and keep up the good work!

— Marco Jeurissen

These re-issues are really something special. The new school is cool (graphically) but there's no variety in shape and there's a soulfulness that's missing. I've picked up a Logo deck (and some Rat-Bones), but since the popsicles rule the day, (new skool) I can't find grip wide enough for the gorgeously wide 10 inch deck and have resorted to using two pieces which looks lame. Any suggestions? Also, kick out some red Rib-Bones (pretty please), I wanna bolt em to the logo deck. United States
49 decks Marc

— Ian Hilton

Hi! Could you guys please do Powell Peralta reissues of the Ray Bones, Jay Smith, Alan Gelfand models? That would rule, such classic boards and graphics. Thanks!

— Shane

I'd like to see a Banner Dragon board and maybe you guys should re-issue some old 90's boards from like 99 or something around that era. A Mike V. Lightning Bolt would be nice along with the Ellis Aussie deck (which I wanted so ****ing bad). And maybe you guys could do pro graphic t shirts from the 90's. That would be hot! I'd like to see that Guitar Dragon board too and that Metal Dragon!

— Bill

I love the reissues you have been making. I already have 5 of the Kevin Harris reissues. I am really hoping that you guys are gonna make the Mullen chessman shape along with the Per Welinder shape. Those are my 2 favorite shapes for freestyle. I cant wait to get them if you do decide to make them. I heard that you guys custom cut a few of the Mullen chessman shape for a fellow freestyle named Mike Heller......Is this true? If so, is there a way I could get some of these? Blanks or non blanks? I am happy to see a big hitter in the Industry supporting freestyle skateboarding. If you guys want some heads up on freestyle skating visit the freestyle forum started by pro freestyler Stephen Lillis. There you will see a lot of people that are psyched to see your freestyle reissues. I can't wait to hear from you guys. E-mail me back with any info on this subject. Thank you, bye.

— Barry Everson

Rad!!!! These re-issues are a long time in the waiting. Let these new kids have their skateboarding, this is our thing. Waiting on the Vallely deck and (please please) Cab Dragon and Bats Deck. Heaven Dude, Heaven.

— Carl Dunham

Hey, im a 14 year old freestyler from Estonia (small country in Europe) I think it's great that your reissuing old freestyle boards :), radical. I'd love to get a hold of this or Per's Nordic Skull or Mullen's Chess one day. Keep up the good work !!!

— Kristjan Haljak

The Tony Hawk Iron Cross Pig would be phenomenal. You wouldn't be able to keep up with orders.

— Alex
