About the Rat Sweatpants Graphic:
In the early/mid 1980's the term "Skate Rat" was coined. Powell-Peralta picked up the slang, and in 1984 made wheels named "Rat Bones". The Rat Bones skeleton graphic was designed by artist VCJ and used on various clothing items including sweatpants.

I couldn't afford these jawns when I was a kid, so I bought some last week and they're dope! They have elastic ankles but they're not tight around the ankles. Really comfortable. When I was waaaay younger, I wanted a pair of these so bad, but I didn't have enough money to buy a lot of the gear I wanted. Most of my money actually went to decks, trucks, etc. I bought a pair of these last week and I'm happy as hell. They have elastic ankles, but the ankles are still loose. Loved these sweats when I was kid !! Was stoked to see them make a come back !! Being a silk screener myself, the puff ink and graphic work was amazing on these would rate that a 5 star. The quality of the sweatpants was ok wish they would of had pockets. (Posted on 3/31/2017)Rating
