FLIGHT™ decks are:

Thinner - as thin as your phone
Stronger - more than twice as strong in our tail break tests
Longer lasting - The epoxy infused, fiber reinforced structure of the Flight deck is extremely resistant to breaking, and this structure gives Flight decks "everlasting pop" that doesn't fade as your Flight deck slowly wears.
Ollies higher because of greater rebound and snap.
Team testing suggests that Flight decks will last several times as long as a 7-ply, making them a great value as well as a superior performing skateboard.

About Powell Peralta Flight™ Decks

Powell Peralta® decks are made in the USA at our skateboard manufacturing facility in Santa Barbara, CA. Materials include U.S. hard rock maple, high strength fiberglass, AirLam fused with epoxy resin and are warranted against delamination for their useful life. Our graphics are created in-house using non-solvent based inks and paints to keep our atmosphere cleaner.

This is Mike's custom current shape that he rides on vert, in bowls, pools and transition.

Amazing board for a big guy Review by Brett Sanderson
Rating
I weigh 350 pounds and have been skating this thing for over a month now. I usually stick to transition which is fairly low impact, but after breaking two regular decks at the tail within a week by dropping in (that's right, dropping in) I came across this Flight Deck at a shop in a neighbouring province. I had full intentions of buying two regular decks so I'd have a backup but I don't think I'll need a backup with this thing. It doesn't flex as much as I'd expect when riding which is nice. I can boardslide without feeling like the board is going to explode under my gargantuan size. I'll probably skate regular boards again, but I'll likely always have a Flight Deck as well from here on out. (Posted on 8/9/2018)
McGill Flight Deck Review by John

I was curious about these boards. I couldn't find a local shop that had any in stock so I had to order it to see it. It's a great deck. The shape is just what I wanted and how thin the deck is, is amazing. I can't wait to ride it some more and see how it holds up to the abuse. Great Job Powell Peralta! (Posted on 2/8/2018)
My 3rd flight deck. Don't think I'll be going back to standard boards. Review by Daniel

Love this shape for the park in the snake run and pools. Rides so sweet. It's my 3rd flight deck and love the new colorway too so they don't all look the same. Don't think I'll be going back to standard boards. Lighter, stronger and thinner is a triple win. (Posted on 1/2/2018)
They're a real game changer for me Review by Tony Massicotte

Hey guys, I just wanted to tell you that your flight decks are the sickest. I though they were too good to be true until I ordered one for myself. They're a real game changer for me. I'm super hyped on your new pro models and I look forward to ordering one. I think I'll only be skating flight decks from now on. (Posted on 8/28/2017)
